Elizabeth Norland, though she considers herself simply "a worshiper", is a songwriter, composer, vocalist, keyboardist, and flutist... producer and publisher...and a missions-oriented bible teacher. Her ministry gift of exhortation is heard throughout her discipleship music, and her instrumentals quiet the soul for God's Spirit to our spirit communication...a very "loud" unspoken language...if one allows themselves "time" to be still, and focused on enjoying the Presence of God.

 All the music, and creation of her website, simply done in obedience to the Lord's leading her to "get out to the public" HIS Music and Messages. 

With no formal music training, and simply "available" and "willing", Elizabeth has written the music and lyrics of over 149 songs, and records all her own accompaniment tracks and vocal tracks. Everything you hear is a "solo work". 

She humbly acknowledges "Without Christ, the LORD, I can do nothing." I know when I have the anointing upon me to minister music, or create it.  It is the work of The Holy Spirit.  It is as if I am the instrument, and He plays ME. I am still, when He does not move upon me to create. The music is not perfect, for I am not, but the music is perfectly His...meaning for His Pleasure...and it is all given from love of Him, and in His love for you." 

Elizabeth emphasizes: “Those that know me well realize that Christ is My Everything and He is leading me a step at a time, though to tell the truth, I don't always understand the steps I take "at the time" I am taking them. I am not led by ambition, and creating music, nor is a business venture my “focus”.  I am led by the Spirit of God. And most of what is upon this site is simply borne from personal intimacy with Christ.

One of my songs, Past Passed Away, contains the lyrics:

"What He tells me is my hope. 

         What He tells me is my plan. 

                    What He tells me is what faith is leading me to" 

..and that really is HOW he leads me.  I really just inquire and do as He says, moment by moment, and it certainly brings simplicity to my life.  Just being “In His Presence” is my greatest joy…and it is only in the “Receiving FROM Him” that any of us is able to “give out to others”…so DRAW NEAR TO GOD AND HE WILL DRAW NEAR TO YOU too! 

King David says in scripture:   "Who am I... that I should be able to offer this... for all things come OF THEE, and of thine own have we given thee."

"In the simple sharing of what The Lord has given me, I pray HE will bless YOU! (smile)  THANK YOU FOR LISTENING!  Not only to my music... but to HIS VOICE within yourself, as you listen.  All my music is "in vain" if HE is not heard.

UPDATE:

Elizabeth had moved to St. Louis, Missouri, August 2011, by the will of God, to stand alongside and show her support to a brother-in-law and sister who had just begun to pastor a new church plant. Seeking first the Kingdom of God, her objective. The core group is now established, and Elizabeth relocated Easter Weekend 2013 back to the Springfield, Missouri to be nearer to her aging parents. The Lord led me to an awesome recording technician, Tony Rominger of Elizabethton,TN, and track upon track, hour upon hour, persevering through ups and downs, God anointed us to get this music done in a timely fashion and with His Presence with us in his modest home studio. The CDs were brought forth on a humble budget with personal funds, so it was SO GOOD OF GOD to bring me to someone who knew what they were doing!
